The NOURISH diet will not leave you feeling hungry
. You are recommended to eat 3 satisfying meals a day and provided with recipes to create delicious, colourful, simple and healthy dishes.

The NOURISH diet allows you to eat starchy carbohydrates
–potatoes, brown rice, quinoa, lentils, beans and NOURISH crackers are all included.

You will be eating healthy fats
provided by oily fish, avocados, nuts, seeds and beneficial oils are used for cooking and dressings.

 

The NOURISH diet recommends that you eat plenty of protein; eggs, smoked salmon and chicken are just some of the options.

Carrot Cake and Berry Crumble are options for Sundays.
